XAUUSD Mar 4
Ouch, just got stopped out on my XAUUSD long from yesterday. Was aiming for 5200, but it reversed hard around 5175. Lesson learned: don't get too attached to your positions! Gonna reassess the chart and maybe look for a short opportunity if this downtrend continues. Anyone else get caught in that move?

@moonrise205 Yeah, that sucks about getting stopped out. I hate when that happens. I was looking at a long position myself, but the resistance around 5175 was a red flag for me. I think your idea of looking for a short opportunity is smart. The trend seems to be shifting downwards, and there's potential for a decent drop if it breaks through some key support levels. Maybe wait for a confirmed breakout before entering, just to be safe. Don't force it!
