I've been trying to decide how much to risk on XAUUSD lately. Given how volatile it's been, I'm really only comfortable risking about 1% of my account on any single trade. It feels safer, especially when I'm still learning. Trying to manage my position sizing carefully is my main focus right now.

Actually, I think I'll stick to 0.5% for now. Better safe than sorry with this kind of price action.
