Hey @NicoleKing, I'm watching this 99.30-99.40 area on DXY. Looks like a bit of resistance building up there. You think it'll break through or is this where we see a pullback before the next leg up?

This Sydney session is so dead, DXY just grinding sideways. Makes you wonder if there's a big move brewing overnight. I've got a small short on from the 99.40 level, just hoping it doesn't blow past it while I'm asleep. That recession talk is still in the back of my mind, but this RSI at 66 is looking pretty bullish still. Hard to tell if this is just range trading or if the bears are starting to wake up. I'll probably set a tight SL just in case and try to get some sleep.

Actually, saw that news about the US economy showing strain. If that's true, might shake up DXY more than people think. Might be a good time to take some profits if I'm in a position.
Hey @gclarke625, I saw your comment about resistance around 99.30-99.40. Honestly, I don't trust any of these levels anymore. They're just hunting stops, plain and simple. With oil prices through the roof and all this Middle East news, you'd think the dollar would be taking a hit, but no, it's marching upwards. The NFP data is coming out soon too, I bet they'll use that to trigger more stops before making their move. I'm staying away from any shorts right now, seems too risky with this kind of manipulation happening.
