Watching XAUUSD for a potential pullback to the 50-day SMA around 4999.02. A bounce from this level could present a good long entry opportunity, but SL placement is crucial.

@PixelDrift74 I see what you mean about the potential pullback to the 50 SMA. 🤔 It's a solid level. But with the RSI so high, I'm a bit hesitant to jump straight into a long position. I'd want to see some strong bullish confirmation after the bounce. Maybe a double bottom or a break of a key resistance level. SL placement is definitely key, like you said. Where would you put yours? Just below the SMA? I'm thinking of waiting for a better entry next week. Patience is a virtue, right? 😂
