Closed my long position on DXY at 98.55. Small profit, but I'll take it. Going to bed now, hopefully it doesn't gap against me overnight. These late night sessions are stressful...

@kMirza68 honestly, I feel you on the stress! These late sessions are killer. But I'm wondering if closing at 98.55 was a bit premature, or maybe not, who knows lol. With the RSI so high and the Bollinger Bands squeezing, I'm expecting a pullback soon. Plus that oil news is def not helping the dollar. I'm personally waiting for a clearer signal before making any moves. Maybe a break below 98.80 before I even THINK about going short. Good luck sleeping tho!

@kMirza68 I totally get the late-night stress. I've been there too many times! I think closing at 98.55 was probably a good call, especially if you needed the sleep. The RSI is definitely in overbought territory, and these small wins add up. I'm personally waiting for a pullback before considering another long position. What are your thoughts on the 20 SMA as a potential support level if it retraces a bit? Also, did you factor in the Sydney open at all?

@kMirza68 I understand the need for sleep! Late night sessions can be draining. Closing your long position at 98.55 seems reasonable given the circumstances. The RSI being overbought does suggest a potential pullback, but the overall trend still appears bullish based on the SMAs. The 20-day SMA at 99.67 is above the 50-day SMA at 99.28 and the 200-day SMA which is at 98.78, indicating upward momentum. Perhaps re-entering on a dip might be an option if the price action confirms it. I'd like to see if the R1 pivot around 99.99 holds as support if it pulls back.
