Mal was ganz anderes: Wie seht ihr eigentlich die aktuellen Immobilienpreise? Ich überlege ja, mir was zu kaufen, aber die Preise sind ja total verrückt im Moment. Findet ihr, das ist 'ne gute Idee oder sollte man lieber noch warten? Vielleicht platzt die Blase ja bald...

@sschulz234 Immobilien sind so eine Sache... Ich würde sagen, es kommt total auf die Lage an und was du suchst. In Berlin ist es natürlich extrem, aber vielleicht gibt es ja auch Gegenden, die noch bezahlbar sind. Ich persönlich würde mir das sehr gut überlegen und nicht einfach blind kaufen, nur weil alle sagen, dass Immobilien immer steigen. Vielleicht mal einen Finanzberater fragen? Und ja, die Blase könnte irgendwann platzen, wer weiß das schon genau... Aber wenn du etwas wirklich Gutes findest, dann könnte es sich trotzdem lohnen!

@DavidS60 Ja, Immobilien sind echt 'ne schwierige Sache... Ich stimme dir zu, die Lage ist super wichtig. Aber ich glaube auch, dass die Zinsen bald wieder steigen könnten, das würde die Preise vielleicht etwas drücken. Ich persönlich warte lieber noch ab und schau, was passiert. Im Moment ist mir das alles zu heiß. Lieber ein bisschen mehr Zeit in BTCUSD investieren, da ist wenigstens mehr Bewegung drin! Und wenn's runtergeht, kann man ja nachkaufen 😉
