GBPUSD seems stuck. Is it going up or down? I'm new to this and can't really tell. The price is just moving sideways. What do you all think? Should I buy or sell?

update: I did it! Entered short at 1.3409. Let's see what happens. SL at 1.3420 as planned. Wish me luck!

Okay, so I've been looking at the chart more closely. It looks like it's been going down a bit this morning. Maybe I should try a small short position near 1.3410? I'm still not sure about where to put my stop loss though. Maybe around 1.3420? What do you guys think about that? I am thinking very small position size to test the waters...
