Anyone else feeling the pinch with mortgage rates lately? It feels like every time I check, they've nudged up again. Makes planning for the future a bit tricky.

I hear you @freetide. It's absolutely insane how much interest rates are climbing. My cousin in the UK was complaining about her mortgage payment going up by almost 200 pounds last month! Makes you wonder when it will stop. I'm just trying to navigate these markets without losing money, which is hard enough with silver dropping like this.
