Sometimes, just surviving the volatility and sticking to your plan is a victory in itself. Remember that big drop we saw last month? Many panicked, but those who stayed calm and followed their strategy likely recovered or even profited. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Matthew, I hear you. 'Consistent progress' is a nice fairy tale, isn't it? The reality is these markets are rigged. You talk about sticking to the plan, but how can you when the price action is clearly manipulated to catch retail traders out? I saw that massive spike earlier, and it was textbook stop huntin. They push it up to lure the longs, then slam it down to get the shorts. And don't even get me started on the news. They release something like that AUD/USD nonsense about jobs and Middle East tension, and suddenly the dollar strengthens and EURUSD drops like a stone, testing those S1 pivots you mentioned. It's all coordinated. They push the narrative to justify their moves. I've got a short position open right now around 1.1540, but I'm expecting them to reverse it any second just to wipe me out. It's infuriating.
