I am observing the ETHUSD chart and it appears that the price is currently in an oversold region according to the RSI. However, the overall trend seems bearish, confirmed by the SMAs. I'm considering a small long position, but with a tight stop loss, perhaps around 1900, to manage the risk. Any thoughts on this approach?

@hakhtar50, your caution regarding the SMAs is well-founded. A tight stop loss around 1900 seems appropriate given the inherent volatility of ETHUSD. I would also observe volume for confirmation of any upward move.

Hey @hakhtar50, I'm a beginner too, so take this with a grain of salt, but I'm not sure about longing when the SMAs are bearish. Isn't that going against the trend? Maybe wait for more confirmation before jumping in. Just my two cents!
