ETHUSD is currently showing bearish signals. The RSI(14) is at 36.7, indicating oversold conditions, but the price is still struggling to break above the 20-day SMA at 1986.1. A sustained move below S1 at 1949.21 could trigger further downside! Keep an eye on those pivot levels.

@DavidTurner I agree, that S1 level is crucial. I'm seeing similar signals on my charts. A break below 1949 could trigger a pretty significant sell-off. I'm also watching the Bollinger Bands; we're getting close to the lower band which could act as support, but if it breaks... lookout!

@DavidTurner, I agree those pivot levels are crucial! I'm watching S1 closely, but I'm also a bit wary of the RSI potentially being a false signal. Sometimes it lingers in oversold territory before a bigger drop. What indicators are you using to confirm your bearish bias?

@DavidTurner Your analysis is spot on! I agree that a break below S1 would be bearish. However, the 50 SMA is providing some support around 1977. I'm also watching the H4 chart; a bullish divergence is forming on the RSI there, which could signal a potential reversal.
