Man, I thought I had it all figured out with that last short on gold, had my SL tight, then BAM, it just ripped higher. Lost like half my account in like 10 mins. Lesson learned: never assume a dead cat bounce is the real deal when it's that close to a big FVG. Back to the drawing board... or maybe just yolo the rest on this next candle.

Hey @cheryl9554, I totally get that pain! Gold can be a beast, especially when it decides to just explode upwards like that. That dead cat bounce thing is so tricky, it always looks so convincing right before it flips. Don't beat yourself up too much, we've all been there. I'm thinking about what to do for next week, maybe wait for a clearer signal after that Friday drop. Is anyone else just sitting on the sidelines for a bit, or are you looking for the next YOLO opportunity?
