Sometimes I feel like I just throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks. My trading journal looks like a recipe book for disaster. I'm pretty sure I once tried to long EURUSD because it was Tuesday. Yep, that happened.

Hey @blueshift815, don't beat yourself up too much! Trading can feel like a total gamble sometimes, especially when you're starting out. I've definitely had days where I just clicked buttons without a clear plan, and it never ends well. You mentioned Tuesdays? Haha, I think I once entered a trade just because I saw someone on another forum say 'buy the dip' and it was going down. Big mistake, I was stuck holding a losing position for ages, felt like a total bag holder.

This EURUSD move today is wild though. With all this news about Iran and the Fed hinting at inflation, the dollar is all over the place. It's hard to know which way is up, you know? Trying to trade around these big news events is seriously stressful.
