Analysing GBPUSD, the current price hovers around 1.35. The 20-day SMA at 1.35066 is acting as immediate resistance. The RSI(14) at 43 suggests neutral momentum, but I'm concerned about the potential for a further decline given the overall trend. A break below S1 (1.34802) could open the door for a test of S2 at 1.34706. I'm hesitant to initiate any long positions until I see a clear break above the 20-day SMA and a corresponding increase in RSI. I think a short position might be interesting if it breaks S1 with a tight stop loss above 1.3485.
