Reviewing the ETHUSD action this evening, it's interesting to see the volume hasn't really picked up to confirm the dip below the 20-day SMA. We're seeing a slight bearish divergence on the M5 chart, which could suggest a temporary pullback, but the overall trend on H4 still appears bullish. The RSI at 56.7 is quite neutral, so I'm not seeing strong conviction from either side based on volume alone right now.

Totally agree @ldnChloe, that lack of volume on the dip below the 20 SMA is really telling. It screams 'inducement' to me, trying to get people short. The overall trend on H4 is still strong, and the RSI being so low at 21 is a massive buy signal. I'm seeing this as a prime opportunity for smart money to load up. The news about the SEC potentially offering 'safe harbor' exemptions is also very positive for the crypto space, reducing regulatory uncertainty. I'm looking for a strong bounce from this oversold territory, targeting at least the 2300 level and potentially higher. This dip is a gift.
