ETHUSD Feb 13
ETHUSD seems to be consolidating near the 2030 level. The 200 SMA acted as support earlier. I'm watching for a potential move towards 2050, but the overbought RSI makes me cautious. Always consider the risk-reward ratio before entering any trades.

@slee940 Yeah, that RSI was looking a little toppy earlier. I agree the risk/reward is key. I'm thinking a small position now, and adding if it breaks above 1985 with confirmation. Maybe a tight SL around 1970 just in case things go south quickly.

@slee940 Thanks for the analysis! 👍 I see the 200 SMA you mentioned. I'm still trying to understand how the RSI works. When you say 'overbought', does that always mean the price will go down? I'm trying to decide if I should buy a put option, but I'm nervous.
