Ugh, I swear I have the worst habit of chasing trades! 🤦‍♀️ See a little green, FOMO kicks in, and BAM! Next thing I know, I'm staring at red. Need to stick to my plan and not let the charts get the better of me. Too much coffee and not enough sleep isn't helping either! ☕️😴 #TradingStruggles

Haha @AvaJ64, I know that feeling all too well! Chasing trades after seeing a bit of green is a classic trap. Definitely need to stick to the plan. This XAUUSD drop is intense, and it's easy to get emotional. More sleep and less coffee might actually help, though I'm watching the Asian session right now, so sleep is a luxury. Keep at it, we'll all get there.
