Hey @benjamin4745, I saw you got into USDJPY around 158.80. I'm always seeing people talk about these 'order blocks' and 'liquidity grabs' but I have no clue what they mean. How do you even spot those on the chart? Is there a specific indicator for it or is it just visual?

Yeah, I'm curious about those too. My broker has this thing called a 'Volume Profile' tool, and I see some people using it to mark out areas where a lot of trading happened. Maybe that's related to order blocks? I tried looking at it but it just looks like a bunch of colorful bars to me, lol. I feel like if I could just understand those basic concepts, I wouldn't be as scared when the price whipsaws like it did today. This whole Iran news thing is making me jumpy too, makes the dollar go crazy sometimes. Hope someone can explain it simply.
