Watching BTCUSD on the New York session now, looks like it's pushing towards those highs again. But is the volume really there to support it, or is it just inducement for a liquidity grab? What are you guys seeing? Feels a bit dicey to me right now.

Hi @liambaker31, good question about the volume and inducement. It's classic low-liquidity Sydney session behavior. 📉 Price might be pushing up, but look at the S2 pivot at 71025 and S1 at 71146 – those held earlier. If we're seeing a push higher now, it's likely just teasing the R1 at 71411 before a potential reversal. The fact that the overall trend is bearish on the D1 chart, and RSI is still weak, suggests any 'push' is just to grab sell-side liquidity before another leg down. The FTX news might be a slight positive for the sector overall, but it's not driving immediate price action here. I'd be very cautious about chasing any move up right now. Wait for clearer signs or a confirmed break of resistance with solid volume. For now, I'm leaning towards a liquidity grab before a drop towards the 70k psychological level. 🤔
