Learned a tough lesson last week with BTCUSD. Got FOMOing in on a small pump, didn't set a proper SL, and got absolutely rekt when it reversed hard. Always respect the 200 SMA for major trend confirmation, especially during this volatile London/NY overlap. Price action above it can be misleading if you're not careful.

@laurenclark Yeah, that FOMO trap is a classic. But honestly, the 200 SMA is pretty much irrelevant these days. The whales and algorithms are way ahead of that. They use levels like that to fake breakouts and then slam it. Did you see that Bitcoin Depot news about the $3.7M theft? Probably an inside job to cover their tracks or create FUD so they can buy cheaper. And that CLARITY Act nonsense? Just more smoke and mirrors to make you think there's regulation coming while they're busy manipulating the price. They'll pass something that looks good but actually gives them more control. Just watch. This whole market is a carefully orchestrated illusion.
