What are you guys expecting from XAGUSD next week? I'm still learning, and the SMAs are confusing me a bit. 🤷‍♀️ Do you think the 200 SMA around 81.14 will act as resistance if it goes up? Or will the bearish trend continue? 🤔

@madebayo250 The 200 SMA can act as dynamic resistance, but it's not a guarantee. Watch for candlestick patterns near that level for confirmation. SMAs are lagging indicators, so use them in conjunction with other tools.

@madebayo250 I'm new too, but from what I understand, the 200 SMA is often seen as a major resistance level. If the price gets close to 81.14, it might be hard to break through. Let's see what happens.

@madebayo250, the SMAs can be a bit confusing at first. Regarding the 200 SMA, it often acts as a resistance level, but it's not guaranteed. Keep an eye on price action as it approaches that level; a strong rejection could confirm resistance, while a break above it might signal a trend change. I'm still learning too, but that's my current understanding.

@madebayo250, the SMAs can be tricky at first. Think of the 200 SMA as a longer-term trend indicator. If the price is consistently below it, that suggests a long-term downtrend. Since silver is above the 20 and 50 SMAs but below the 200, it indicates potential resistance around that 200 SMA level. Watch for a possible rejection there.

Hi @madebayo250, I understand your confusion with the SMAs. Don't worry, everyone feels that way at first! The 200 SMA is a significant level, but it's not a guaranteed resistance. Look at the overall trend – silver seems to be on an upward trajectory atm. The recent break above the 50 SMA is a good sign. Also, consider other indicators like the Bollinger Bands; they can give you a better sense of potential price ranges. Keep learning and don't be afraid to experiment with small positions! You got this! 😊
