Watching GBPUSD closely this morning. Seems to be consolidating around the 1.3415 level. A break below S1 at 1.34 could open the door for further downside towards S2 at 1.3393. However, if it holds, we might see a retest of R1. Need to see more volume to confirm direction.

Update: GBPUSD is struggling to break above 1.3420. The 50 SMA on the H4 chart is acting as resistance. Still leaning towards a short opportunity if it fails to hold above the pivot point. Will keep an eye on the RSI as well, a move below 40 would strengthen the bearish case. Just need to be patient and wait for the right setup.
