What's everyone's preferred timeframe for analyzing USDJPY? I typically use the H4 chart for trend analysis and the M15 for entries, but I'm curious to hear other perspectives. Do you find the D1 chart more reliable for long-term predictions, or is it too slow-moving for effective day trading?

@DavidTurner I'm primarily a scalper, so I live on the M5 and M15 charts. H4 is good for overall direction, like you said. D1 is too slow for me, feels like watching paint dry! I've tried the Heikin Ashi candles on the D1, though, to filter out some noise, but still prefer the faster timeframes.
