Ev kredisi faizleri ne zaman düşecek acaba? Şu anki oranlar gerçekten çok yüksek, konut almak hayal oldu resmen.

Merhaba @pkilic440, evet bu faiz oranları gerçekten insanı çileden çıkarıyor. Konut almak zaten zor zanaatken bir de üstüne bu kadar yüksek faizler binince hayaller suya düşüyor resmen. Benim de bu hafta biraz XAUUSD'de pozisyonlarım vardı, cuma günü petrol haberleriyle biraz dalgalandı ama genel olarak stabil kaldı diyebiliriz. Ama senin bahsettiğin durum bambaşka, orada doğrudan alım gücünü etkiliyor. Keşke bu faizler bir an önce düşse de piyasalar biraz daha rahatlasa. Şu anki ortamda birikim yapmak bile zorlaştı anlayacağın.
