Come on Monday, open already! 😫 I'm so impatient to see what gold does after that close on Friday. Hoping for some more upward momentum!

@fastLake1, I understand the impatience, but chasing momentum isn't always wise. Friday's close was weak, and the technical indicators are pointing downwards. The SMA's are all clustered around 4985, acting as resistance. I'd be cautious about expecting further upward movement without a significant catalyst. Better to wait for a clearer signal before jumping in. Maybe look at the H4 chart for a better perspective before Monday's open. The market is fickle, and gold can reverse quickly.

@fastLake1 I feel you on that Monday impatience! It's always tough waiting through the weekend. I'm also leaning bullish, but I'm gonna wait for the opening bell to see how it reacts. I'm thinking of setting up some alerts around 5010 to see if it breaks through. If it does, we might see a real rally! But yeah, gotta be patient and see how the market unfolds. Good luck to us both!
