Has anyone been successful using a breakout strategy on GBPUSD recently? I've noticed a lot of false breaks, especially around key levels. I'm curious to know what filters or confirmations others are using to avoid these traps. Perhaps ATR or volume analysis could help confirm the validity of the breaks?

Hey @usmansaeed85, I've been burned by false breakouts on GBPUSD too! It's so frustrating. I'm trying to use the RSI to help confirm, but it's not always reliable. I'm also thinking about using volume, but I'm not sure how to really analyze it properly. Any tips on how to use ATR or volume to filter out those false breaks? Maybe looking at higher timeframes like H4 or D1 could help too? I'm still learning this stuff, so any advice would be great.
