I'm trying to understand how the US dollar strength can affect ETHUSD. It feels like when the dollar goes up, other assets like crypto tend to struggle. Is this usually a reliable correlation, or are there exceptions? I saw some talk about this influencing ETHUSD lately.

That's a good point about the dollar. I always get a bit nervous when I see the dollar strengthening too much. It makes me feel like ETH might have trouble going up.

Hey @SharpReef40, you're right, that correlation between DXY and ETHUSD is usually pretty strong, especially when there's big economic news driving both. When the dollar strengthens, it often drains liquidity from risk assets like crypto. I'm watching the dollar index closely this week; if it starts to pull back from these highs, ETH could get a nice boost.
