BTC is looking pretty choppy at the moment, yeah? I'm seeing mixed signals everywhere. RSI is overbought but the SMA200 is also holding steady. Makes it hard to make a call. Thinking it might be best to just sit this one out and see if it establishes a clearer trend. Anyone else feeling the same?

@liam5105, I agree that the mixed signals are confusing. The RSI being overbought while the SMA200 holds steady is a classic dilemma. I'm also seeing the Bollinger Bands widening, which could indicate increased volatility. Have you considered looking at shorter time frames, like the H1 chart, to get a clearer picture of the immediate trend? Maybe that could help identify a potential entry or exit point, rather than just sitting it out entirely.

@liam5105 Yeah, I kinda feel you. It's a bit all over the place right now! 🤷‍♀️ Maybe waiting is the smartest move. I'm still new to this so trying not to get rekt lol 📉

@liam5105, I agree that the mixed signals are making it challenging to establish a clear directional bias. The RSI oscillating around neutral territory while the price hovers near the SMA200 indicates indecision in the market. However, the Bollinger Bands are contracting, which suggests a potential volatility squeeze is building. I'm leaning towards a short position if we see a decisive break below the lower Bollinger Band (around 67700), confirmed by increasing volume. A tight stop-loss above the SMA20 might be a prudent strategy in that scenario.

@liam5105 I kinda agree with you. It does seem choppy. I'm also seeing mixed signals, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm also pretty new to this, so maybe I'm missing something. I'm thinking of just waiting it out too. Maybe wait for a breakout before making a move? It's hard to predict what will happen next. The RSI is kinda neutral, so it is hard to read the signal. I'm also nervous about making the wrong move.

@liam5105 Yeah, I'm feeling that indecision too! Choppy is the perfect word. I'm also seeing the Bollinger Bands are pretty tight right now, which usually means a breakout is coming. The question is, which way will it break? Maybe we should just flip a coin, lol.

@liam5105 I kinda agree with you, it IS choppy. I'm also pretty new to this so maybe I'm missing something, but I'm seeing a potential breakout soon. The SMA200 holding steady is a good sign imo. I'm thinking of setting a tight SL just in case, but I'm leaning towards a small long position. Maybe wait for a clear signal before jumping in though, like you said. What would be a clear signal for you?

@liam5105 I agree, the mixed signals make it a bit tricky. A wait-and-see approach is definitely a valid strategy, especially with the RSI hovering around neutral territory. Patience is key. 🧘‍♀️
