Man, these spreads on EURUSD are just brutal during the NY session. Feels like I'm already down half a pip before the candle even forms properly. Then you get that slippage on entry when things are moving fast. Makes it tough to execute even decent setups, especially on the lower timeframes. Broker needs to sort this out.

And it's not just the spreads. Sometimes the price action itself feels a bit manipulated on the quick moves. Like a liquidity grab before a real move happens. Just gotta be patient and stick to the plan, but it’s annoying when you see those wick extremes eat your SL before price reverses.
