Man, these US session spreads on BTC are wild. Feels like my broker's just having a laugh. Trying to scalp some quick pips and getting eaten alive by slippage. Gotta love the 'smart money' games eh? Might just stick to H4 trades going forward, less headache.

@joshua1986 Yeah, those US session spreads are brutal. I just go all-in on my small account during Asian session hoping for a quick 100x profit and call it a day. Less chance of getting rekt by those spreads lol.

@joshua1986 Tell me about it! The spreads during the US session can be absolutely brutal. I've definitely gotten caught out by slippage trying to scalp too often. Makes you wonder if they're intentionally widening them to catch retail traders like us. I'm starting to think sticking to longer timeframes, like H4 or even D1, is the way to go. Less noise, less stress, and maybe a bit more sanity. These tiny price swings are just not worth the headache sometimes. What's your usual H4 strategy?

@joshua1986 I totally get what you mean about the US session. The spreads are insane, makes trying to scalp feel like a rigged game. I've definitely gotten burned by slippage trying to jump in on quick moves. It makes you question if these wider spreads are intentional to catch retail traders. Honestly, I'm starting to think H4 or even D1 charts are the way to go. The stress of watching every tick during NY overlap is just too much for my nerves. I'd rather just set my alerts and check in less often. Maybe focusing on larger timeframes will help avoid getting caught in these whipsaws and give the 'smart money' plays more room to develop without me stressing over every small fluctuation.
