Risk management is a joke in this market, honestly. Everyone talks about it, but then you see the price action. They'll say 'manage your risk' and then the spread widens like crazy on a news event and you're stopped out before you can blink. Or they manipulate it right through your SL. I stick to a max 0.5% per trade, but what's the point if the broker is just going to mess with you anyway? I've been bag holding EURUSD before, bought at 1.1850 and it just kept dropping. Never again. Gotta be careful with these slow sessions, they're prime for inducement.

Nah @shahidmalik81, you're thinking too much like a scared retail trader. Risk management is for people who don't have conviction. If you're gonna go big, you gotta go ALL IN. This whole 'manage your risk' mumbo jumbo is just an excuse for weak hands. I saw that news about easing tensions and DXY dropping, that's all the confirmation I need to load up. If it goes south, yeah it'll hurt, but that's the game. You gotta embrace the swing, not hide from it. 100x leverage or why bother, right?
