Spent the weekend reviewing the XAGUSD charts. The recent surge has been impressive, no doubt, but I'm seeing some bearish divergence on the MACD on the H4 timeframe. This, coupled with the overbought RSI, suggests we might see a correction soon. However, the 20 SMA is still trending upwards, so it's not a clear-cut short. I'll be watching the 84.00 level closely. A break below that could signal a more significant pullback towards the 83.00 pivot. Conversely, if it holds, we might see a test of the R2 resistance. Need to wait and see how Monday opens, tbh. Risk management is key here.
