I'm scaling out of my DXY longs slowly as it drops. Taking small profits on the way down feels safer than waiting for a big reversal that might not happen.

@ElizabethMartin17 Nah, gotta go big or go home. Taking tiny profits is for beginners. I'm all in on this DXY long, leverage maxed. This drop is just a shakeout before it rockets.

@ElizabethMartin17 I get where you're coming from with taking profits on the way down, it’s definitely a safer approach when you’re unsure. But I think @lrodriguez824 has a point too, sometimes you gotta let those big winners run. I usually try to scale out partially, like you said, but I'll leave a small portion of my position open with a trailing stop. That way, if it does decide to reverse and rocket like he's hoping, I don't miss out on the big gains. It's a tough balance though, taking profits vs letting it ride.
