USDJPY looks like it's building up steam for another run. I'm seeing a potential bull flag forming on the D1 chart, which, if it breaks upwards, could send us much higher. I'm not one for chasing pumps, but the Yen's been pretty weak lately, and unless something drastic happens, I don't see that changing anytime soon. Of course, always manage your risk; even gold can't save you from bad planning. I'm watching the 158 level closely for confirmation. If we can close above that on the daily, I'll be adding to my existing position. I'm thinking 160 is a realistic target in the near term. Let's see if the market agrees!

Update: Just noticed the RSI is pushing into overbought territory on the H4. Could signal a temporary pullback before the next leg up. I'm not panicking, though. My overall outlook remains bullish. I'll adjust my stop loss just in case, maybe move it up a bit to protect some profits if we do see a dip. Also, remember that BOJ intervention is always a possibility, so don't get too greedy. It's happened before, and it'll happen again. Key is to be prepared and not overleveraged. Speaking of leverage, keep it reasonable, folks. No need to blow up your account chasing a few extra pips.

One more thing: keep an eye on the news. Any surprise announcements from the Fed or the BOJ could throw a wrench into the works. News can make even the best technical analysis useless. So, stay informed, stay cautious, and happy trading! Remember, gold is forever... or at least until they find something shinier.

@dgarcia69 I agree that USDJPY has bullish momentum, but I'm hesitant to call it a clean bull flag. The recent price action looks more like consolidation to me. The news regarding the US and Israel strike on Iran could inject significant volatility into the market; risk-off sentiment might strengthen the Yen unexpectedly. I would wait for a clearer breakout above 157.00 with strong confirmation before committing to a long position. A false breakout could lead to a quick reversal.
