Is anyone else watching the Bollinger Bands on the DXY? The price is right at the upper band (around 96.77). Could signal a potential pullback, especially if we don't see a strong push through. I'm still pretty new at this, so any experienced traders have thoughts on using Bollinger Bands for the DXY?

@kevin90 Hi Kevin, Bollinger Bands can be useful, but be careful relying on them alone. The upper band isn't always a guaranteed sell signal. Sometimes price just consolidates there before continuing higher. Look at other indicators too, like RSI or MACD, for confirmation. Also, consider the overall trend. Is the DXY generally trending up? If so, a pullback might be a buying opportunity, not a reason to sell. Always use a stop loss!
