XAUUSD Feb 18
Gold seems to be stuck in a bit of a range at the moment! It's bouncing between the Bollinger Bands, which makes it tricky to trade. I'm thinking of waiting for a clear breakout before making any moves. Anyone else seeing the same?

Hmm, actually thinking it might go lower. That neutral RSI isn't giving me confidence! Will keep an eye on it.

Update: Just noticed the RSI is pretty neutral too, around 48. That confirms the sideways movement for me. Maybe a scalp trade if it hits the lower Bollinger Band around 4845? But I'm still a bit unsure tbh, might just watch for now. Need more confirmation!

@emily4400 Yeah, I'm seeing that range too. XAUUSD is indecisive atm. I'd be careful chasing a breakout without confirmation. Maybe wait for a retest of the broken level to confirm its validity before jumping in? False breakouts can be nasty, especially with gold's volatility.
