Man, these spreads on XAUUSD right now are just ridiculous. I tried to get a small scalp in earlier and the slippage was insane, basically negated any profit I might have made. Feels like the broker is just eating up all the action during this overlap session. So frustrating.

Seriously though, it's not just the spreads. I saw a decent candle break through resistance, thought I could hop in quick, but by the time my order filled, the price had already reversed a bit and I was in the red. This volatility is wild but the execution is making it impossible to catch good entries. Makes me wonder if it's even worth trading during these high-liquidity times if the platform can't keep up. I'm starting to think I need to switch brokers or just trade way smaller size when it's like this.
