It's interesting to note how ETHUSD is behaving in comparison to BTC. While ETH is consolidating around the 200-day SMA, BTC seems to be showing slightly more bullish momentum, potentially influenced by the positive sentiment around Circle's stock performance. I wonder if this divergence will continue or if ETH will eventually follow BTC's lead. It could be indicative of a broader shift in market sentiment towards altcoins versus the majors. Always good to compare these assets during lunch break. Are others noticing this too?

Interesting point @ThomasWilson24, but I'm not sure I see the bullish momentum in BTC you're referencing, especially when compared to ETH. Both are showing consolidation patterns, but ETH's inability to hold above its 50 SMA (currently around 2165) is more concerning to me than BTC's position relative to its 200 SMA. The Circle news might be a minor factor, but I think the broader market sentiment driven by inflation fears and potential Fed policy shifts is overriding specific project performance. My charts are showing ETH is testing the lower Bollinger band right now, and if that breaks at 2124.84, we could see a quick move down towards S2 at 2118.71. The divergence you're seeing might be temporary; typically, ETH follows BTC's larger trend, and if BTC falters, ETH will likely follow suit, possibly with more magnitude.
