Honestly, this whole 'reopening the Strait of Hormuz' news feels like a classic setup to mess with us. They drop oil, then maybe push EURUSD up a bit on Monday to catch longs before it tanks again. I'm expecting a gap down, or at least some wild volatility right at the open. This 1.1760 support is going to be tested again, no doubt. Classic manipulation.

Seriously though, the fact that the oil news is still hanging around is just noise to distract from the real game. Expecting more downside for EURUSD this week.

And @tyler9675, you're right about that 1.1760 pivot. They always seem to target those levels on Mondays. I wouldn't be surprised if they slam it down to 1.1750 just to trigger some stop orders before the real action starts. This market is so rigged, it's unbelievable. Prepare for more BS.

Hey @amandajackson, I hear you on the market manipulation vibes. That Strait of Hormuz noise is definitely a smokescreen. I've been watching that 1.1760 area too; it's a confluence of the 200 SMA and a pivot. If that breaks decisively, I agree, we could see a quick drop. I'm looking at the H4 RSI though – it's hovering around 58, not exactly screaming oversold or overbought, which makes me think we might see some choppy action around these levels before a clear direction emerges. The USD weakness you mentioned from the easing geopolitical tensions could provide some underlying support for EURUSD, but the immediate price action around these key levels will tell the real story. I'm leaning slightly bullish if 1.1780 holds, but I'm keeping a very close eye on that 1.1760 support.
