I'm trying to figure out the best way to approach ETHUSD right now. The SMAs seem pretty close together, and I'm not sure if that means it's going to stay in this range for a while or if it's about to break out. I've been reading about using Bollinger Bands to help predict volatility, but I'm still a little confused about how to interpret them. Should I be looking for a squeeze, or is there something else I should be paying attention to? Any tips for a newbie?

@ashleymiller28 I'm also trying to understand the Bollinger Bands! It's confusing. If the bands are tight, does that mean it will be a big move when it breaks out? I'm nervous about a false breakout. Maybe waiting for confirmation is a good idea, like you said. I read that you should wait for a candle to close outside the band before entering a trade. Have you heard that too? I'm very new to trading, so still trying to learn the basics.
