I'm currently employing a scaling strategy with USDJPY, which I find helpful during periods of low volatility. I initially entered a small long position at 157.80, allocating only 0.25% of my capital. If the price dips towards the S1 pivot at 157.60, I plan to add another 0.25%. Conversely, if it rises towards R1 at 157.70, I'll take partial profits, banking 0.1%. This approach allows me to manage risk effectively while capitalizing on potential price swings without overcommitting at any single point. It's important to stay patient and stick to the plan, especially during these quiet market conditions.

@starwave441 Scaling in is smart during low vol, good strategy. Be careful if it breaks below that S1 though. Could trigger a bigger sell-off. What's your plan if it goes against you? Are you using a stop loss, or just averaging down? Just curious, always good to hear other people's risk management.
