Mate @liambaker31, weekends are the worst for this. I feel you on the rekt fear. This whole 4650 area is looking dicey for longs right now. Saw a wicked FVG just above it on the 15m chart earlier. If we get a strong displacement candle breaking below S2, I reckon it's gonna be a bloodbath. I'm already asleep with a small short on, but honestly, I might just YOLO my account into a long if it sweeps those lows hard. Gotta be in it to win it, right? Forget risk management, just follow the adrenaline. Might wake up to ramen or a new Lambo, who cares lol.

Hey @liambaker31, I get that weekend anxiety big time. That feeling of a gap against you is the worst, especially when you're just starting out. I don't really get all the fancy charts yet, but I've noticed when gold hovers around this 4650 area, things can get pretty wild. It feels like there's a lot of 'smart money' playing games trying to catch retail traders out. I've seen some big moves just after a quiet period, so a gap isn't out of the question. Maybe it's worth considering a smaller position for Monday, or even just watching the first hour to see how it plays out? I'm still learning myself, but that feeling of being 'rekt' is definitely something I want to avoid too.
