This whole sideways chop is giving me flashbacks to that nasty liquidity grab near 4750 last month. I was in a long then, thought it was solid, but then it just evaporated. Felt like I was staring at my money disappear in real-time. These quiet periods can be traps, gotta be super careful not to get caught out again. It's the unpredictability that gets me.

@kdevi84 I totally get what you mean about those sideways chops being traps. It feels like you're just waiting for a move and then BAM, liquidity grabs happen and you're out. Especially with the way gold has been acting lately, you never know if it's a real breakout or just noise. The resistance around 4745-4750 has been pretty stubborn, needs strong volume to break convincingly.
