I am feeling quite optimistic about USDJPY at the moment! The recent economic data from the US seems to be pointing towards continued strength, which I believe will support the pair. I'm also keeping an eye on the Bank of Japan's policy meetings, but for now, I think the overall trend is upward. I am considering opening a long position if it breaks above 153.00. Would love to hear what others think about this potential move. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @sophie_b18, I agree that the US data is supportive, but I'd caution against being overly optimistic. The BOJ's actions are always a wild card. Keep an eye on the 10-year JGB yield; any sudden moves there could trigger a sharp reaction in USDJPY. Also, consider the impact of global risk sentiment – a flight to safety could easily reverse the current upward trend. Best to wait for confirmation before committing fully.
