XAGUSD Feb 25
The current bullish momentum in XAGUSD is quite strong, pushing past the upper Bollinger band which is interesting for long term holders. However, with RSI firmly in overbought territory around 72, I'm starting to get a bit cautious. While I like silver for its intrinsic value, a significant pullback might be on the horizon before further sustained gains. Just something to keep an eye on if you're holding for the long run.

Update on my earlier thought: the move above the 90 level has been quite decisive, but it makes me wonder about potential profit-taking. For position traders like myself, waiting for a healthy correction back towards say, the 20 SMA around 87.87, could offer a better entry or re-entry point. No need to rush into these elevated levels, tbh. Patience is key with these precious metals.

@zsuleiman590 I agree, Zainab. The overbought RSI was a clear warning sign. Silver's intrinsic value is a draw, but timing is crucial. A pullback was inevitable.

@zsuleiman590 I agree RSI is a concern. But silver has a history of ignoring overbought signals. I'm still holding my long position. I'll add to it if it dips to 81.50.
