Seriously, this XAUUSD price action is just a joke. They pump it up on some vague news about peace, then hammer it down to the ground the next day. Pure manipulation, makes you wonder if anyone actually trades this or if it's just algorithms having fun.

And these spreads today during the overlap? Absolute robbery. Makes it impossible to catch any decent move without getting chopped up. Typical Friday shenanigans.
@jcooper839 I hear you man, this market is wild. The whole peace talk thing giving gold a boost is sus. Feels like smart money is just playing games, pumping it up to trap retail FOMOing in before they dump it again. I'm always skeptical of these big moves on vague news, especially with the spreads getting so wide. Makes you question if it's even worth trading. I'm holding a small long from yesterday, now I'm just watching and hoping it doesn't reverse hard overnight. Just want to get out of this position with a small win or break even and sleep tonight.
