Just watched a video about DXY correlation with other markets. The guy was saying that a weaker dollar usually means stronger commodities. Makes sense, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around the inverse relationship with equities. Anyone have a good resource that explains this in more detail? I'm trying to understand the smart money flow.

Hi Theresa, I've been trying to understand those correlations too! It seems like when the dollar weakens, like it has a bit today with the Fed news, commodities often get a boost. Equities are a bit trickier, sometimes they move with the dollar, sometimes against. I think it's about risk appetite – if the dollar is weak, maybe investors feel safer buying riskier assets like stocks?
