This dollar strength move is quite interesting. I had a long position open around 1.3280 based on some earlier bullish signals, and it was moving nicely. Given the sharp reversal and the USD showing strength, I've decided to move my stop loss up to breakeven at 1.3280. It's prudent to protect capital when the market sentiment shifts so abruptly. I'm referring to the news about US PPI data which seems to be giving the dollar a boost. I'll be watching if this move has legs or if it's a temporary spike before we continue with the previous trend. If it breaks below the 1.3250 support level I was watching, I might even consider a short position, but for now, preserving capital is key.
