Hey everyone! I'm seeing ETHUSD potentially finding support around 1850. The RSI is super oversold, which usually means a correction is coming. I'm thinking of opening a small long position here, but I'm also a bit nervous about the overall bearish trend. What are your thoughts on risk management around this level?

Update: I'm going to wait for a confirmation candle before entering the long position. Maybe a bullish engulfing or a hammer on the H4 chart. The Bollinger Bands are also pretty tight, so a breakout could be coming soon. I think setting a tight stop loss around 1840 would be a good idea to manage the risk. If it breaks below that, the next support level is around 1830. I'm thinking of a TP around 1880-1900 if this plays out! Keeping an eye on the news too, any big announcements could move the market.
