I'm watching EURUSD closely. The 200 SMA at 1.18537 has been a key level, and it looks like it is breaking down now. If it continues to fall below this level, I think we could see further downside towards 1.18466. I'm considering a short position with a tight stop loss just above the 200 SMA. I'm also monitoring the RSI, but it's not giving a strong signal yet. I'll wait for further confirmation before entering a trade. The trend looks bearish, but I am not 100% sure. Always exercise caution.

@adamyoung10, your observation regarding the 200 SMA is valid. However, I'd exercise caution before initiating a short position solely based on a potential breakdown of that level. The price action is currently quite choppy, and the 50 SMA is providing some support. It might be prudent to wait for a clearer confirmation, such as a break below the 1.1797 level, before committing to a short trade. Also, consider the overall market sentiment and any upcoming economic data releases that could influence EURUSD. A wider stop-loss might be warranted given the current volatility.

@adamyoung10, I wouldn't rely too heavily on that 200 SMA, tbh. It's lagging, and EURUSD price action has been ignoring it for a while now. A better play might be looking at the recent swing lows for support. If it breaks 1.1585 with some volume, then maybe consider that short. But just blindly shorting at the SMA seems risky with the current volatility. Also, consider the RSI, it's not oversold yet, so there's still room to fall. Just my 2 cents, man.
